An assessment of the water system at your property, with a written report to help you meet your duty to manage the risk of Legionella.
Boiler Servicing — from £80
Annual health checks and full services to keep boilers safe, efficient and less likely to break down between tenancies.
Repairs & Maintenance — £80 for the first hour
Plumbing repairs and boiler breakdowns, handled quickly to keep disruption for your tenants to a minimum.
