Stay on top of your annual gas safety requirements. Our Gas Safe registered engineer will inspect the gas appliances and relevant gas installations at your rental property to assess their safety and compliance.
You'll then receive a Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12), which documents the inspection findings and any safety issues identified.

Landlords have a legal duty to assess and control the risk of Legionella in their rental properties. We'll assess the water system at your property, identify any risks and give you a written report for your records.

For urgent plumbing or heating problems that can't wait until a standard appointment, such as a burst pipe, a serious leak, or no heating or hot water, we offer out of hours emergency callouts. Any further work is quoted before we go ahead.
